Nortex Production Ltd. is a manufacturing company that produces and installs metal structures of various complexity from structural and stainless steel. It has operated in Estonia since 2016. The company performs metalworking, including welding, bending, blasting, and painting, and offers turnkey services, including delivery and installation. Its main products include shipbuilding structures such as superstructures, ship blocks, sections, bulkheads, tanks, silos, and outfitting, using carbon, stainless steel, and aluminum-manganese alloys with MIG/MAG and TIG welding. It also specializes in the turnkey construction of special barges for fish breeding (aquaculture) and related equipment. Additionally, Nortex Production Ltd. produces elements for civil buildings, such as ventilation systems, containers, and building frames. The company serves the shipbuilding and civil construction markets, producing items according to individual customer orders. Its production facilities can handle structures up to 50x25x10m and weighing up to 200 tons, including a Metal Structure Workshop (4000m²), a Block Assembly Workshop (1800m²), and a Painting Workshop (1760m²). It also has a basin for barges launching (55x26x3.3m) with a 100-ton portal gantry crane. Nortex Production Ltd. operates in accordance with quality systems confirmed by EN 3834-2 and EN 1090-2 certificates. All welders hold certificates in accordance with EN ISO 4063 and EN ISO 9606-1 standards. The production process utilizes certified base materials, certified equipment and welding material, and all types of non-destructive testing of welds (VT, UT, X-ray, and MPI).
