How it brings you new properties
Your profile has a “Sell with” section. An owner who wants to sell starts the listing there and hands the property to your agency.
- 1The owner opens your profile and goes to “Sell with”.
- 2Enters the type and the address, signs in and fills in the draft: photos, price, description.
- 3The draft comes to your cabinet with the owner’s contacts. Accept it and publish it under your agency, or decline.

Questions
What does €29 a month include?
The agency profile with all your listings, an article number and a QR code for each one, enquiries in the cabinet and the buyer’s contacts on every enquiry. There is no fee per listing, whether you have five listings or five hundred.
What happens after the 30 free days?
Your profile and your listings stay published. Without a plan, the buyer’s contacts on new enquiries are hidden and a website on your own domain is paused. To keep them, choose Profile or Website in the cabinet. Plans are billed monthly; you can cancel in the cabinet and the plan then runs to the end of the paid month.
Can I move from Profile to Website later?
Yes, in the cabinet. Your listings, team and enquiries stay where they are; the website is built from them. Website includes everything in Profile, so you pay €99 a month, not both prices.
Is the website included in the 30 free days?
Yes. During the free days you can connect your own domain and the website works. After them it needs the Website plan.
What are the article number and the QR code for?
The article number is the short code of a listing, for example EE-01494. The QR code opens that listing; put it on the sign at the property and on printed material.
My company is not found. What do I do?
Search by the registry code. If it is still not found, choose “My company is not listed” on the search page and add it from the Estonian, Finnish or Latvian business register.
Is there a fee per enquiry?
No. Enquiries and the buyer’s contacts on them are included in both plans. There is no charge per enquiry and none per listing.
