How does my company get linked to the state register?
It is optional and comes later. It gives your profile a “Verified” mark and a register link, a place in the jem.house catalogue and search, and the right to receive listings from private sellers.
How do I confirm a company in Estonia, Finland or Latvia?
In your cabinet enter the registry code: we look the company up in the register and offer a code to the register e-mail, or a statement signed digitally by a board member, which is checked automatically.
What about other countries?
Enter the registration number and sign the statement, or send a register extract or EU VAT number to vendors@jem.house. An operator checks it in 1–2 working days. If your entry e-mail is on your site's domain, the company is confirmed already.
What happens after 30 days?
Renew in your cabinet and the site stays online. If you do not renew and the company is not confirmed, the site and the profile are hidden until you do; nothing is deleted.
I have no website and no company e-mail. Is that a problem?
No. A Gmail address is enough. We build the site from your logo and three lines about your company, and we add nothing you did not write.
Will my site show up in the jem.house catalogue?
By direct link it works at once, marked as not verified. It joins the catalogue and search engines once you pay or confirm the company.
