Nomine Consult OÜ is a consulting and advisory company providing energy and environmental advisory services, owner’s engineering services, and verification of greenhouse gas emissions reports. The business was originally founded in Tallinn in 1993, with energy advisory as a main activity since its inception. Owner’s engineering services have been offered since 2001, and environmental services have continuously developed. In 2017, the company changed its name to Nomine Consult following an integration with a similar business established in Vilnius, Lithuania, in 2006. In April 2025, it joined Elomatic Group. The company's energy advisory covers possibilities such as hydrogen, solar, wind, biomass, fuel conversion, district heating, and co-generation. Owner’s engineering services include project management consulting and on-site and home office services like document control, mechanical, welding, electrical, I&C, construction, and SHEQ supervision for projects throughout the Baltics and overseas. Environmental advisory encompasses carbon footprint and sustainability advisory, environmental due diligence and audits, environmental impact assessments, public health impact assessments, integrated pollution prevention and control permitting, allowed emissions calculation, and assessment and prediction of environmental noise, odors, and wind farm noises and flickering. Its newest service is hydro-geological investigations and calculations. Nomine Consult OÜ is an official verification body for greenhouse gas emissions reports, accredited by Estonian Accreditation Centre since 2012 for specific categories of activities. Nomine Consult operates with offices in Tallinn and Võru, Estonia, and in Vilnius, Lithuania, employing over 30 advisors and consultants. Its quality and environmental management systems are certified by Kiwa Estonia OÜ in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 standards.
