Subsidiaries such as Maru Ehitus AS handle construction, design, and real estate development; Maru Metall AS specializes in steel structures; Maru THM OÜ focuses on steel structure installation; Maru Betoonitööd OÜ performs concrete works; MDSC Systems OÜ provides mobile solutions, primarily for the defense industry; and Moodul AS produces steel frames. Maru AS serves customers in Estonia, other European countries, and worldwide, with projects completed in countries such as Finland, Sweden, Norway, Russia, Latvia, Mexico, Iceland, Austria, Botswana, Ghana, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Denmark, and Chile. The company operates with 100% Estonian capital and employs over 400 specialists. Maru Metall AS has a production facility in Ardu küla, Kose vald, and MDSC Systems OÜ has a new factory in Männiku, Tallinn. AS Moodul has a facility in Valga.
