RL Kivitalu OÜ operates Kivi turismitalu, a tourism farm located in Aaviku village, Rae rural municipality, Harju County, 15 kilometers from Tallinn city center. It is a secluded and peaceful place for active recreation. Founded in 2002, its main activities have become offering summer camping services and renting rooms for various events. The farm provides indoor accommodation with 23 beds in seven rooms, and camping pitches for 40 motorhomes and numerous tents. Camping services include a secure spot, washing facilities, toilet use, electricity, and wastewater disposal. Kivi turismitalu rents rooms for seminars, birthdays, weddings, gatherings, and other events, accommodating approximately 20 participants in the Guesthouse and up to 50 in the Tavern. The Tavern's outdoor area can host events for over 70 participants in summer. Smaller outdoor events can be organized at campfire sites, and a grill house is available for rent. The farm offers two saunas: a large “Russian-style” sauna in the Guesthouse with an optional hot tub service, and a floating igloo sauna on a pond. Opportunities for sports and recreation are available on the farm's territory, including access to the 5.2-kilometer illuminated Jüri Health Trail for year-round use and proximity to the Rae Sports Center and a network of light traffic roads for cycling.
