Läänering OÜ

Läänering OÜ operates under the name WASP Project. It has been engaged in the sale of ready-made private limited companies (shelf companies) since 1998. To date, it has sold over 10,000 ready-made companies and assisted in the establishment of hundreds of companies, changes of company owners, and changes to registry data. Since 2001, WASP Project shares an office with the audit and accounting firm OÜ Simar. WASP Project provides assistance with company formation, registration of non-profit organizations and foundations, registration of sole proprietors, establishment of branches, and application for various operating permits and licenses. It also facilitates the purchase and sale of previously operating companies, company mergers and divisions, company liquidation, VAT payer registration, and offers address services and virtual offices. WASP Project deals only with the sale of companies registered in the Republic of Estonia, serving clients in Estonian, Russian, Finnish, and English. Transactions are conducted in Tallinn, Rapla, Tartu, and Pärnu. WASP Project does not provide services specified in §8 of the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act; these services are provided by a cooperation partner.
