OSAÜHING PALMATIN is an Estonian family business, 100% based on Estonian private capital, that designs, manufactures, and builds custom-made wooden houses, including log houses and prefabricated houses. The company has been active in log house designing, manufacturing, and building since 1995, offering a full service from planning to assembly. It has expanded its product range to include prefabricated houses, "Pre-Cut" wooden frame walls, and "Post&Beam" technology houses. Its capabilities include 34 log profiles and four types of connections (cross corner, city corner, dovetail joint, double cross corner). All wooden materials, including solid and Glulam timber from pine or spruce, are manufactured at its factory in Estonia. The company serves customers in 28 countries, including locations across Europe, Japan, Panama, and the USA, and also works with B2B clients and architects. OSAÜHING PALMATIN holds an A-group credit rating for five consecutive years and is recognized as a Successful Estonian Company. It is ISO 9001:2015 certified (since October 13, 2011), FSC® certified (C-108038, since October 6, 2011), and uses 100% renewable energy. Its products and materials hold various CE certifications, including for timber frame and machined log house building kits (ETA-17/0532, CE certificate 2866 – CPR – 0052 issued 19.11.2022), glued laminated timber (EN 14080:2013, since December 21, 2017), finger jointed timber (EN 15497:2014, since June 20, 2017), and strength graded structural timber (since April 20, 2017). It also holds the official German Certificate of Conformity (Ü-Zertifikat) for timber frame elements. The company is a founding member of the Estonian Woodhouse Association and a member of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Its factory is located at Tammi tee 40b, Rannamõisa village, Harku Parish, Estonia.
