Kastan is a graceful and authentic familial wooden dwelling, with an audacious roof architecture and rectangular layout the entrance leads to a vast hallway, in the centre of the house, where the staircase stands. On the right, a master room is laid out with a walk-in closet, whereas on the left are located individual facilities, a laundry room with an enjoyable sitting area, a shower room, and a comfortable sauna. The dining room faces the stairs and connects with the lounge and the semi-open kitchen, at the front of the house. The lounge area is furnished with sofas and armchairs, and arranged near a fireplace. On the first floor, a landing serves a spacious bathroom and separate facilities. The areas of the three bedrooms on the second storey are wonderful as they measure between 18 and 25 m². One of the bedrooms gives access to a beautiful balcony, integrated into the front structure of the house and thus, covered by the pitched roof. The roof of the house is extended on the left to protect the carport, big enough to park two cars, and the entrance. It gives the house an original and audacious look. The log house possesses a beautiful wooden terrace, running from the entrance to the back of the carport and protected from the vis-a-vis by charming hemstitched fences. The terrace, embellished with plants and bordered by the grass, completes wonderfully the garden.
