Lepiku 7, Jõhvi

The reconstruction of a house in Jõhvi. The facade was insulated with 150 mm of mineral wool and finished in timber cladding; the roof structure was insulated to 400 mm. The earlier heating solution was replaced with modern underfloor heating, and purpose-made load-bearing roof trusses were fabricated for the roof. The work met the conditions of the KredEx reconstruction grant, and the building received its official occupancy permit.
