SVEN IS A LOG HOUSE, DESIGNED IN L SHAPE, WHERE EVERYONE CAN ENJOY CALM, PRIVATE SPACES, AND MOMENTS TOGETHER By entering the house, a vestibule with storage keeps the house clean. The centre of the house is a spacious living room, which can be furnished with sofas. A warm fireplace is installed in the semi- detached area of the room, perfect for comfortable relaxation and reading. The living room gives access on one side of the house to two bedrooms and a study room, ideal to work peacefully. On the opposite side are located separate facilities and a separated kitchen, furnished with a dining area. The dining and cooking spaces are connected to a corridor, leading to a bathroom and providing a way outside the house. The bathroom is accessible directly from the master bedroom, also connected to the living room through the fireplace area, and which benefits from an individual walk-in closet. At the front of the house, a wooden terrace welcomes visitors and create an inviting entrance, whereas, at the back, garden furniture can be placed on a second terrace to enjoy the fresh air of the garden. The first floor offers an amazing shaped-in-L space, with two balconies at each end, for a total exterior area of 12 m². This space is great for family movie nights, as a play-room or a yoga room, or when organising children’s birthday parties.
